Long Term Games
Long term games are games that are played over seasons, not over 20 minutes. They are games such as Factions, Skyblock, Prisons and Long-term UHC. Some people call Creative Long term, but officially it isn't because it can go on indefinitely. I'm going to be explaining some of my top tips for some of these games!
Skyblock
Skyblock is a peaceful game in which you have to extend your island and level it up by adding valuable blocks such as Diamond, Emerald, Gold, Iron and Coal. For the first point on Skyblock I'm going to show you is a automatic cobblestone generator.
1) These are the resources you will need for this build:

Create a double chest then place a hopper on top.
Repeat this twice more to create the image.

3) Place nine blocks of ice, with the 4th in the middle.

Add two blocks of ice to each end of the line to create a 'C'
shape like this!

Add another row of nine to the 'C'
shape to create and '0' shape with a 2x8 hole in the middle.

Add blocks to either side of the ice, this will act as a barrier!

Place signs in four places,
two at either end and two on the sides.

Put a water bucket 1 block to the right of each sign.

Now add a 3x3 square in one corner of your creation.

Create a line of blocks on one side of the corner that goes 8 blocks back. Then place a obsidian block over the water like a bridge. Create a line 8 blocks long on the opposite side.
Repeat for the second and 3rd layer.

On the 3rd layer, instead of adding the obsidian block, just ad a regular block.
Also, add a arch over the entrance so it is 2 blocks high.

Now build a 12 block tower in front of the entrance.

do the same thing above the obsidian but only add 10 blocks high.

Join the two towers up by creating a line to the right of the entrance tower.

Now remove the entrance tower.

Add another line on the opposite side and extend it so it is 3 x 7 on each side.
17) Add pistons that point down one block above the gap in the platform.

Create a built up side on the platform that extends one block in on one side.
19)
Build up one side another block to create a barrier.
21)
Add rail around the generator.
20)
Add lava to the built up side and water to the other side, this should generate cobblestone in the middle.
22)
Add a line of redstone next to the pistons and connect it to a detector rail and power the rail up. Then get a 'cart and give it a push!
